1. Account Registration
You must create an account to use most features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. One account per person; shared or automated accounts are not permitted.
2. Credits and Payments
Free accounts receive 100 credits upon registration, valid for 30 days
Paid plans provide monthly credits that expire at the end of the billing cycle
Credits are non-transferable between accounts
Used credits are non-refundable; unused mistaken purchases may be reviewed by support
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Kreatvo for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
Generating illegal, harmful, or explicitly prohibited content
Attempting to bypass rate limits or credit restrictions
Impersonating another person or entity
Using the service for spam, phishing, or malware distribution
Reverse engineering, scraping, or automated access beyond normal usage
Violating the intellectual property rights of others
